A Marlboro man is currently facing a staggering 96 counts of animal cruelty following a reported discovery made at a property he was renting in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Andrew Sebastiano, 31, was arraigned in Dudley District Court on charges that include both animal cruelty and being a custodian of animals, reportedly related to the conditions under which dozens of animals perished.
