Couple Allegedly Abuses 73-Year-Old Woman While Neglecting Three Children and Numerous Animals in Disturbing Home Conditions

Authorities in Cooper County have arrested two individuals, reportedly facing multiple charges related to the alleged abuse and neglect of a 73-year-old woman, as well as animal cruelty. The disturbing details of the case emerged after deputies were called to check on the woman’s welfare.
