Couple Allegedly Tortured and Killed 10 Cats, Posted Disturbing Videos on Dark Web, Police Say

Winnipeg police have announced the arrests of two individuals, a 40-year-old man and a 55-year-old woman, following allegations of a deeply disturbing case involving the torture and killing of ten cats.
