Why are people so evil that they take their frustration out on innocent animals and people? Anyone caught abusing animals should go to prison. It goes without saying these people had this tendency as a child and parents should have dealt with it instead of saying children do things like this.
Children are not taught to love and how to treat people and animals except to do harm.
